ConocoPhillips is an international, integrated energy company

countries. As a Production Sharing Contractor for BPMIGAS, we operate
many producing and exploration blocks in Indonesia. To support our
expanding operations in Indonesia, ConocoPhillips is looking for
talented Indonesian nationals to fill in the following positions.
COMPETENCY & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Basic Purpose:
This position is to plan, administer and coordinate the Personnel
Competency and Development programs within the Supply Chain
Management. In conjunction with COPI Supply Chain Managers ensure that
Supply Chain personnel are trained and competent to carry out their
job roles in accordance with all processes and procedures. This
includes planning, executing, monitoring, and maintaining records on
personnel Training and Development. Establish and implement a
sustainable employee training and development program based on COP
Supply Chain best practices. Provide skill gaps analysis and make
recommendations for development/training program to close the gap.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must have minimum S1 degree from reputable university in Industrial
Engineering, Psychology or Supply Chain Management.
- Must have good analytical thinking and ability to perform with
minimum supervision
- Must have good planning skills & interpersonal skills
- Must have minimum 5 years experience working on personnel
competency, training and development in related area. Working
experience in the supply chain management area will be an advantage.
- Must be independent as well as a good team player.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills in English
(TOEIC 605)
- High level of computer literacy, and creativity.
- Detail oriented and organized.
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Basic Purpose:
Ensuring compliance to the company`s safety policy and standards.
Coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations which include material
receiving, storing, and issuing. Controlling the accuracy and quality
of warehouse inventory.
MATERIAL CATALOGING
Basic Purpose:
Materials Cataloging Staff is responsible for creating and maintaining
material master data on SAP which includes unit of measurements,
classifications and purchase order text, MRP parameters, etc.
MRP CONTROLLER
Basic Purpose:
Ensuring material availability for regular operations as well as
projects. Evaluating new stock requests from the users. Defining the
economic order quantity for stock material. Maintaining communication
with the users and procurement to ensure the correct material
specification.
General Requirements:
- S1 Degree in Engineering, preferably majoring in Industrial
Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 5 (five) years experience in related function in a
multinational company environment. Exposure to oil and gas and mining
industry will be highly regarded.
- English proficiency both oral and writing, minimum TOEIC 605
- Proficient in using Microsoft Offices especially Excel Spreadsheet
- For position number 2 and 3, experienced with SAP working
environment and willing to follow SAP processes application in
Materials Management business process
- Mature, confident, self motivated, and has a strong personality.
