ConocoPhillips is an international, integrated energy company headquartered in Houston, Texas, and operating in more than 40 countries. As a PSC for BPMIGAS, we operate many producing and exploration blocks in Indonesia. To support our expanding operations in Indonesia, Conoco Phillips is looking for talented Indonesian nationals to
fill in the following positions.
1. OFFSHORE INSTALLATION MANAGER (Code: OIM)
Responsibilities:
OIM is responsible for the production operation of Kerisi and Hiu wells. OIM reports to Field Manager. The roles are to coordinate and to supervise any work and activities in such a manner that Conoco Phillips safety, production and cost objective are met.
Qualification & Experience:
Engineering Degree in Oil & Gas / Process / Mechanical. 12+ years or 15 years of operation experience in oil/gas engineering, operations and maintenance, preferably offshore with at least 10 years of supervisory experience. Prior supervisory experience essential. Good team work and strong personnel leadership.
2. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Code: PS)
Responsibilitiest:
Production Supervisor is to ensure the PPO team is well trained and competence. Provide input in developing an interface management procedure between Processing and wellhead platforms. Assist in the pre-commissioning and integration of the process equipment at various fabrication sites. Primary Functions is supervising operators and maintenance crew to produce Gas and Oil within target, analysis any deviation of Plant equipment and rectify as necessary to insure the optimum condition and operation with minimum down time.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma-3 in Oil & Gas / Process / Mechanical. 10+ years in Oil & Gas experiences especially in offshore facilities. Must have good team working and strong personnel leadership.
3. PANEL OPERATOR / PRODUCTION OPERATOR (Code: PNLO / PO)
Responsibilities:
During project phase, Panel Operator/Production Operator has function to involve in commissioning of the process equipment, process control system, installation of various fabrication process equipment and instrument function tests. Primary Functions is monitoring DCS panel and field production equipment. Panel Operator/Production Operator is responsible to Gas and Oil within target, notify any deviation of Plant equipment and rectify as necessary to insure the optimum condition and operation with minimum down time.
Qualification & Experience:
Diploma-3 in Oil & Gas/Process/Mechanical. 8+ years in Oil & Gas experiences especially in offshore platform. Work experience related to offshore gas/oil production facilities. Familiar with Large Turbine Generators packages, Gas sweetening systems, Compression systems, MEG regeneration systems, DCS, PLC systems and F & G protection systems.
4. MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN (Code: MT)
5. ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN (Code: ET)
6. INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN (Code: IT)
Responsibilities:
During projects, the Technician is required to work with the project team to identify issues and assists them to solve the problems as required. They are also required to become fully involved with the pre-commissioning and commissioning work to gain as much experience and knowledge as possible from the vendors and project team and effectively participate in the safe start-up of the facilities. Primary Functions is carry out the daily planned and unplanned maintenance activities includes install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment offshore as directed by the Supervisor.
Qualification & Experience:
D-3 in engineering with 8+ years experience in their disciplines. Work experience related to offshore in gas/oil production facilities. Familiar with Large Turbine Generators packages, Material Handling, Gas sweetening systems, Compression systems, MEG regeneration, Condition Monitoring, High voltage equipment, DCS, PLC systems and F&G protection systems.
