Research Fellowship Program for Young Muslim Scholars in Southeast, Asia

Research Fellowship Program for Young Muslim Scholars in Southeast Asia. Islam in Southeast Asia: Views from Within The Asian Muslim Action Network (AMAN) and the Asian Resource Foundation, with the support of the Rockefeller Foundation, are pleased to announce the fifth round of the Research Fellowship Program for Young Muslim scholars in Southeast Asia.
Themes of this round are:
- Popular Islam
- Globalization and Identity Politics
- Islam and Changing Gender Reality
- Islamic Values, Economic Activities and Social
Responsibilities
Candidate must be from Southeast Asian countries like Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines etc and women are strongly encouraged to apply. Proposals in the field of Islamic values, economic activities and social responsibilities will be given priority for this round.
If you are interested in applying, please send us a research proposal (problem statement, objective, methodology, expected impacts) and an application form. The fellowship program is supported by the Rockefeller Foundation.
